Get To Know Dr. Trevor Larsen PT, DPT, CSCS


Through years of experience working as physical therapist and strength coach, Trevor began seeing a gap in the way that aging adults were treated in the traditional healthcare system.

Trevor grew up in a suburb of Boston and started his strength training journey in sixth grade. He now has a true passion for physical therapy and personal training. In 2017, he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University and became a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS).

After gaining experience being immersed in the two industries, he created a unique system to help people achieve and maintain pain free lives. Being an athlete himself, he channels that drive into helping his clients. In his spare time, he enjoys an active and healthy lifestyle which includes playing basketball, softball, golf, and running.

Trevor practices what he preaches by continuously learning new skills, exercises, and techniques, and integrates them into his own training regimens. He uses what he has learned to create impactful and individualized training programs for his clients.

In addition, he also tests the feasibility and impact of different exercises, sequences, and techniques with a subsection of clients. These clients love the variety and find the exploration sessions to be highly beneficial.

With clients recovering from a variety of injuries, Trevor finds joy in seeing them progress and lead happier, healthy lives. Trevor has substantial experience in the outpatient physical therapy setting, and his clients consistently increase their strength, functionality, and confidence.

He prioritizes journaling, practicing mindfulness, and finding new ways of enhancing self-development. Above all, Trevor loves spending time with family and friends and maintaining his winning record in Words With Friends.
